Money owed was finally paid just as the Revdex.com resolution date approachedCompany's agent sent a ridiculous e-mail about the situation, only to then realize that I was correct and she did apologize and was polite from then on
Fraud is clearly a way of doing business for this company, based on comments on a wide variety of Internet forumsI will not be dealing with them ever again

McBride Automotive Group understands and acknowledges the customer's concernsOur Service Team is equally frustrated in attempting to diag***e and recreate the starting issues, despite dozens of attemptsThe transmission issues have been resolvedThe customer has driven almost 30,miles in a relatively short period of time, so the vehicle's depreciation is outside of our controlUnfortunately, the condition of the vehicle is consistent with that of higher mileage pre-owned vehiclesFor this reason we encourage customers to consider extended warranty protectionIn this case, the customer's signature on multiple forms acknowledges their understanding of their purchaseWe have worked diligently in an effort to assist the customer, including providing a new vehicle for the family to drive, free of charge, for one week while the car was in for serviceWe are happy to continue to work with the customer and the warranty company in an attempt to have additional repairs completed, with limited customer expenseIf the starting issue can be recreated, we are happy to attempt to resolve this issue as well. First and foremost the van is 12 years old with over 175,000 miles. At the time of sale the van met all NY State safety standards and was inspected for any mechanical defects. Also, at the time of sale a warranty was provided and therefore has to go through certain warranty protocols with the...

warranty company before a repair is authorized. It is unfortunate the consumer is without a vehicle while going through this process; however, the consumer has been driving the Vehicle for over a year and should expect there would be some mechanical and maintenance issues during the life a the van that will require repairs. Our company does not agree with the buyback terms of the consumer and considers this issue closed.

The [redacted]'s were reimbursed $778 for a cancelled warranty which represented 61% expiration of the warranty. We acknowledge an error, that the 61% was for the unused portion of the warranty. A check for the balance of $337.45 was mailed to the customer 6/24/2016, for a total reimbursement of $1125.45.

The situation was researched in depth, and it was determined that an error was made when the warranty contract was submitted to Subaru. It appears that the customer is due a cancellation refund of $778.00....... The customers were contacted and informed that a reimbursement check will be available...

on Thursday of this week, when Subaru of America corrects the application. Customer is happy with outcome.

Revdex.com:Thank you very much for looking into to this.  Finally with constant persistancy on our part we were able to get a check for the amount they stated however, Ed in the Chevy department said we are entitled to 68% of the $1,845 which would equal $1,100 and we received 778.
