I contacted Bill to get a quote for business insurance and he said he would have something for me in a few daysA week later I call to follow up and he says another few daysI stress the fact that my current ins company went out of business and I need a policy ASAP! After, a few more days I email him and state I need to make my decision by tomorrowdays later he emails back and says he will email when he has something.Now it has been about weeks and my poilcy is set to expire, so I call him and leave a messageHe never returned that call and I was able to get insurance from another broker that only took days! Not sure why Bill and his company never delivered a timely quote!
