I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The business did come back and did some more workI asked him if it would pass the city inspectionHe returned again to work some more on the wallAs of right now, there has been no leaking that I have noticedThere has not been any real rain to know for sure, but at this time it appears this is resolved Regards, [redacted]

Called consumer twice with no answer to let her know we are there with no answerWe will call her to let her know her concerns have been addressedThank you for your mediation
