I have requested pictures for Christmas I have yet to received them or given notice when they will be arriving. They have cashed my check.
I sent my check in the beginning of December.they cashed my check a couple of days later
Either send my stuff or give me my refund
Bill Miller Photographers received this order for additional portraits on December 14th 2017. Our office was closed for Christmas Holidays from December 18th until Jan 8th 2018. This is our normal business hours during this time because we work with school photography and schools were closed. The order was sent to the lab when we returned to work. It has been processed and shipped out on UPS. We did speak to the customer on Tuesday Jan 9th and explained this process to her.
