Review: I paid this photographer in full, picked all of my photos and was waiting on my album. He closed and is not returning phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I just want my completed album or SD card so I can make my own. I am so upset.

Review: My husband and I hired Bill [redacted] Photography for our wedding, which took place on August 25, 2012, just over one year ago. We paid approximately $3,000 for their services to photograph our wedding and create our wedding album. All but $321 was paid in full prior to our wedding date and the final balance paid in January 2013 when we ordered our Thank You Cards through them as well. As part of our contract, we own the photos following the event and payment. To date, we have not yet received our Album, the printed photos we paid for, our 2 parent albums, and the actual 1,090 photos that contractually are our property. After seeing a draft of an album months ago, I emailed [redacted], the owner, to request a meeting to review as my husband and I were unhappy with the product. [redacted] responded and told me that he does not actually handle any of the design work of the album, and thus there was no point for me to meet with him and that I could only communicate with the "designer" through their website by submitting comments to photos. This was never mentioned in our contract or discussions that the design would be outsourced. Regardless of the album taking more than a year past our wedding date, with no expected date of delivery provided for when we can expect to receive it, I still do not have the photos digitally that I supposedly own per our contract and the printed photos ordered and paid for over a year ago. Their business practices are misleading and deceitful. There is no reason for the amount of time this has taken other than they have outsourced the work I paid them to do. Lastly, their unwillingness to even discuss any of the issues in person is beyond unacceptable, being that I signed a contract with them and paid them near $3,000 over a year ago.Desired Settlement: Not only do I want my album finished within the next month, I want the rest of my order fulfilled. Again, there is no excuse for the amount of time this has taken and the deceitful nature of how Bill [redacted] Photography conducts business. Had I known the were going to outsource the design work, had they ever mentioned it in person or in their contract, I never would have signed with them.

Review: Bill Mitchell Photography Studio was hired by myself and my wife to take photographs at our wedding as well as provide us with printed copies of these photographs and a photograph album. Payments for services were made totally more than $1,000, photographs were taken the day of the wedding, October 12, 2013, however no prints or album were produced. Bill Mitchell Photography has not responded to electronic or telephonic communication. One e-mail was received from a third party informing us that the Bill Mitchell Photography Studio has closed.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded all monies paid for Bill Mitchell Photography to provide us with wedding pictures and a wedding album.
