Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Scott was hired on 10/*/not 10/**/as he stated. The preliminary drawings were sent on 11/**/not 11/**/which means it was weeks from the date hired not In any case he told me he would have them done in 4.Also I responded to the drawings that were sent on 11/**/not 12/**/I find it very interesting that Scott can have so many of these facts confused when all of our communication is documented in emailPerhaps this is the reason we are having this problem.Moving on, I have no idea when the plans were actually completedAll I can attest to is that due to a, "typo that there may have been", I received them finally on 2/**/over four months after we signed his contract. I will make no apology for preferring email over a phone conversation, Perhaps Scott should do the same and possibly avoid disappointing future customers. For Scott to say he was ready to go and had us in line to build this Spring is absurd! We spoke specifically about time being the most important aspect of this projectHe was aware that I needed this build to be completed before the end of winterThis was communicated in email as well, repeatedly. For him to accuse us of not being ready to do this project and using his amateur errors as an excuse is completely narcissistic and arrogant! How dare he! My wife, months pregnant, sat hysterical crying and depressed (still to this day), when we had to face the reality that the extension we had been planning and absolutely needed for our growing family was no longer an option due to our architect dropping the ball. There were a total of email communications between Scott and IThey tell the complete story in black and whiteNo confusionNo mistakesJust facts and datesThey show clearly that I stated multiple times that I never received the plansScott never once thought to mention that he sent them until mid February, and apparently never thought to check where he was sending his plansTo me that seems oddI don't think it's odd for somebody to have a work and a personal emailIn fact, I would say thats quite commonIn this day and age if you know you sent someone an email and they say they never received it, it's pretty much common practice for you to go back and check that you sent it to the correct address, unless you don't care because you don't take responsibility for your mistakes and you blame them on other people.

On October **, we were hired to draw preliminary plans for a side one-story extension for *** ***A project very much in line with what we have been doing here for years, projects later and only overall complaints with Revdex.com, in which the first one was resolvedThe first
complaint Mr Wilkinson had was timelineHe mentions it took weeks for the fist draftOn Nov**, the first set of drafts were sent to himWe within the timeline discussedWe did not hear back from him until Dec **, in which very minor revisions were requested and done and sent on Jan *, When I did not hear back form him I called him twice with no return call to usIf there is a communication issue, in which I saw there was, I call someoneIf he had simply called me back to clarify any email miscommunication, this issue would not be at handIt seems people these days forget the value of a simple phone call and rely on email communication wh en they shouldn'tWhen we first were hired, we were given a business card for DavidThe email correspondence later was coming from his personal email which was all together oddIt is an email that does not end with a .com, it is ***So yes there might have been a typoAgain, when I knew of a disconnect, I called him 2X with no call backAs far as our signed contract, it clearly states there are no refunds of retainers and we have fulfilled our preliminary design content in full with measuring, drawing existing condition, providing with preliminary drawings, revising them, to ultimately him approving themOur hard work can easily be taken to anyone else to continueIf that is the case, we will have him creating copyright infringementWe were ready to go to the next steps on Jan *, getting him in-line to build this SpringHonestly I feel he was not ready to do this work and needed only us to blame for his hesitation.

On October **, 2016 we were hired to draw preliminary plans for a side one-story extension for [redacted]. A project very much in line with what we have been doing here for 28 years, 7000 projects later and only 2 overall complaints with Revdex.com, in which the first one was resolved. The first...

complaint Mr Wilkinson had was timeline. He mentions it took 6 weeks for the fist draft. On Nov. **, 2016 the first set of drafts were sent to him. We within the timeline discussed. We did not hear back from him until Dec **, 2016 in which very minor revisions were requested and done and sent on Jan *, 2017. When I did not hear back form him I called him twice with no return call to us. If there is a communication issue, in which I saw there was, I call someone. If he had simply called me back to clarify any email miscommunication, this issue would not be at hand. It seems people these days forget the value of a simple phone call and rely on email communication wh en they shouldn't. When we first were hired, we were given a business card for David. The email correspondence later was coming from his personal email which was all together odd. It is an email that does not end with a .com, it is [redacted]. So yes there might have been a typo. Again, when I knew of a disconnect, I called him 2X with no call back. As far as our signed contract, it clearly states there are no refunds of retainers and we have fulfilled our preliminary design content in full with measuring, drawing existing condition, providing with preliminary drawings, revising them, to ultimately him approving them. Our hard work can easily be taken to anyone else to continue. If that is the case, we will have him creating copyright infringement. We were ready to go to the next steps on Jan *, 2017 getting him in-line to build this Spring. Honestly I feel he was not ready to do this work and needed only us to blame for his hesitation.

Scott was hired on 10/*/2016 not 10/**/2016 as he stated. The preliminary drawings were sent on 11/**/2016 not 11/**/2016 which means it was 7 weeks from the date hired not 6. In any case he told me he would have them done in 4.Also I responded to the drawings that were sent on 11/**/2016 not 12/**/2016. I find it very interesting that Scott can have so many of these facts confused when all of our communication is documented in email. Perhaps this is the reason we are having this problem.Moving on, I have no idea when the plans were actually completed. All I can attest to is that due to a, "typo that there may have been", I received them finally on 2/**/2017 over four months after we signed his contract. I will make no apology for preferring email over a phone conversation, Perhaps Scott should do the same and possibly avoid disappointing future customers. For Scott to say he was ready to go and had us in line to build this Spring is absurd! We spoke specifically about time being the most important aspect of this project. He was aware that I needed this build to be completed before the end of winter. This was communicated in email as well, repeatedly. For him to accuse us of not being ready to do this project and using his amateur errors as an excuse is completely narcissistic and arrogant! How dare he! My wife, 6 months pregnant, sat hysterical crying and depressed (still to this day), when we had to face the reality that the extension we had been planning and absolutely needed for our growing family was no longer an option due to our architect dropping the ball. There were a total of 30 email communications between Scott and I. They tell the complete story in black and white. No confusion. No mistakes. Just facts and dates. They show clearly that I stated multiple times that I never received the plans. Scott never once thought to mention that he sent them until mid February, and apparently never thought to check where he was sending his plans. To me that seems odd. I don't think it's odd for somebody to have a work and a personal email. In fact, I would say thats quite common. In this day and age if you know you sent someone an email and they say they never received it, it's pretty much common practice for you to go back and check that you sent it to the correct address, unless you don't care because you don't take responsibility for your mistakes and you blame them on other people.
