The customer is scheduled for service this Tuesday March That was the first available time given the custom made materials requested for his service

I spoke with *** *** when notified of the complaintReassured her that we would address any concern that she had immediatelyWe had reached out to her via email but received no responseCustomer was able to confirm we had reached out but email went to spamOne of our installers was able to
provide the service she requested the same day and my follow up call to *** *** this morning confirmed she was happy with outcome
