My response to complaint is over the past 4 year I have preformed work at his home working on perimeter drain around home and sump pump drain line work in basement and waterline work to help a friend to improve water from leaking into basement. some of work I was payed for some of the work I was...
not just trying to help a friend out with a problem at there home. The last time we were there was late spring of 2014 working on sump pump line in basement. I did not charge them for time and material to perform work I was trying to help them out the sump pump line runs about 15 out side of home and stop in the area that we installed perimeter drain across there yard to drain ground water away from home the sump pump line needs to be lengthen to there front ditch line. So water does not pool in front yard . THIS ISSUE IS NOT MY PROBLEM IT HOME OWNER RESPONSE ABILITY So it this time I will not spend my time or money to fix his problem.
