I am rejecting this response because: AAA Plumbing sent a document too long after the leak detection was completed for us to use it for our homeowners insurance claim. As a result, we had to hire another leak detection company at a cost of $295. We have since been reimbursed by our home warranty for the funds they paid to AAA Plumbing. Although I consider the matter closed, I do not accept the response of the business because they failed to follow-through in a timely manner. When they did finally follow-through, the "report" they send was an illegible document that we could not make any sense of. Even if I had received it in time, my insurance company could not have used it and I would still have been forced to have the work repeated by a competent plumber.

AAA Plumbing was hired by Mr. D[redacted], Home Warranty Company to run a leak detection at his home due to a possible slab leak.. Upon completion of this leak detection HWC was given a report, Mr. D[redacted] had requested a report also and it was sent to him twice as a courtesy. Mr. D[redacted] did not pay...
for this service, it was billed to his HWC, if he thinks he is entitled to a reimbursement he needs to discuss this matter with them, also we did not charge the HWC $250.00 it appears he is trying to make money on this matter.Upon completion of the leak detection Mr. D[redacted] stated that he wanted to call his home owners insurance. We informed him to have his adjuster call us as we can answer more detailed question that the adjuster will have. (This is standard practice, along with the fact that many of them will run there own leak detection, be- fore preforming repairs.)Mr. D[redacted] needs to complete his repairs through his insurance company, I have preformed what I was hired to complete.Sincerely,P[redacted], Owner
