In early Sept. I ordered a paint product from DependaCoat, LLC, which is not available at most paint stores. I dealt exclusively with [redacted]. His price per gallon and shipping/handling offer was totally acceptable and I ordered four gallons. I was out of the country when the package arrived. It was accepted by a secretary at the office and no attention was paid to the condition of that package. Upon arrival home, I noticed severe damage to the package, called [redacted] re: next step, and was informed to take extensive pictures of package and process of opening. I did so. Paint was visible on the outside of package, and upon opening revealed two cans had seals broken and paint had escaped. I sent all pics to [redacted] and copied Mr. [redacted] Mr. [redacted] replaced the two cans of paint at his own expense. I was again out for a couple of weeks. I contacted Mr.[redacted] upon my return and was informed [redacted] refused responsibility. I as stunned. I offered to share the cost with Mr. [redacted], he graciously refused. I would strongly recommend him and his company to anyone that truly wants to experience a great product along with outstanding customer service. [redacted]
