Thank you for sending this complaint to review, I have gone over the information we have on file and spoke to the parties involved.We never had any issues with the vehicle being sold for the price it was advertised for; we did have some challenges finding a lender that would approve thatWe were finally able to obtain an approval and offered Mr [redacted] the ability to purchase the vehicle as long as the down payment and monthly payment worked for himI just left him a message to review this information and will do that when he returns the callIf anyone has additional questions I can be reached by phone at [redacted] or email at [redacted] @PierreChevrolet.comRegards, Luk B [redacted]

We had already been talking to the customer and completing the needed paperwork to enable us to reimburse him the difference between the accessory allowance that was set up and the amount he spent. I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by Jeff from the Bill Pierre Service DepartmentJeff said he had been up on the roof and had made "some adjustments" to the speaker and also moved the CCTV camera that was lying on the roof and pointing at my houseThat was on Thursday Feb 8thJeff asked me to listen over the weekend to see if there had been any changes in the noise and to call him today (Feb 12th) and let him know what I observed.I can usually guarantee that the speakers will be used extensively over the course of a weekendThis weekend I heard nothingNo sound whatsoeverThe speaker location had not physically changed and there are other speakers on the lot, so if the system had been used I would have heard sound from the other speakersThe only conclusion I can draw from this is that either the speakers were not used at all or they were only used at times that I was not present in my homeThe latter situation would have proved very difficult.In my past dealings with Pierre, when I have filed complaints with the City and the Police, the situation has always played out as follows: The speaker system is not used for a period of weeks/months then, after a while it starts up again (initially at a lower volume) then returns to full volume level.Since it is primarily used by the Sales department I would venture to suggest that this is where we are right nowThey have stopped using the system for a while in the hope that this complaint goes away at which point things will return to normal.I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS AS A SOLUTIONWhen I spoke to Jeff today, he asked me to monitor things over the coming days and report back to him if I hear anything, however, Pierre knows (and I know) that this complaint will not stay open that long and if I accept this as a solution I will be right back here making the same complaint a month or so from nowI have years of experience to know that I am right about this.THE ONLY SOLUTION I WILL ACCEPT is the re-positioning of this speaker from its current location to one below the roofline and directly facing out onto Lake City Way (away from my house)Best regards

Unfortunately the Road Loans Approval AKA "[redacted]" did not pay us the full amount the vehicle was advertised for otherwise we would have used it. We were able to obtain a better approval which is still available if Mr. [redacted] would like to take advantage of it. If he would like to proceed with the approval we have and purchase the vehicle for the amount it is advertised for he can contact me directly at [redacted]Regards,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response becauseI had already been pre approved with road loans for more then the car was advertised for.  Bill Pierre was a dealer road loans said to us and they would not use my road loan like I asked. They never should have come out with the price of 24000 when the advertised rate was 16600 on the websirSincerely,[redacted]
