Thank you for sending me this complaintI had spoken to Mrs***'s husband last week when he was talking to one of our management staff and it sounded like they were working toward a solutionUnfortunately due to a time constraint we were unable to help them obtain a truck
quickly enoughThe vehicle that Mrs*** purchased almost a year ago for $22,was a low mile (33K), owner vehicle in good condition and had/ has a clean titleAttached is a copy of the title before we licensed it to Mrs*** and also a copy of the current registration, both show NO BRANDS on the vehicles titleWe have a link for each vehicle on our website for our customers to obtain a Carfax free of charge and all vehicles undergo a thorough inspection in our service department for all safety/ service related itemsAttached is a copy of the $1,repair order/inspection showing the vehicle was in great condition and the only items needed to be addressed were tires which we replaced. Also attached is a copy of the $2,repair order for the addition of the sunroof and trailer hitchI was able to connect again today with Mrs*** husband and discussed our desire to helpWe are happy to either purchase the vehicle back or take it in on trade whichever they preferI went to Kelly Blue Book and selected all of the optimal items to maximize a vehicles value (owner, no accidents, clean history report, complete service records, etc.)Kelly Blue Book valued the vehicle at $12,(copy attached) with the current mileage of approximately 54,000, we had already offered Mrs*** $14,for the vehicle and are still willing to pay that much over what Kelly Blue Book values the vehicle to help resolve the issueWe discussed options of either purchasing the vehicle for that amount or even possibly taking both the VW and the truck he purchased on trade togetherWhile we can not control the loan value, we are able to help reduce it by canceling the Service Contract and Gap insurance she purchased in the original transaction which will lower the balance owed by around $3,If we are able to help take the vehicle in on trade that would also help reduce sales tax and recoup some of the $2,that was paid to WA State a year ago on the original purchaseThey will be coming back to Washington state later this month and said they would try to get back in touch with me to explore those optionsIf anyone has any additional questions please feel free to call me at 206-892-or email at ***@PierreFord.com Regards, Luk B***

I'm sorry I I didn't catch your previous email, but I want to let you folks know that Luke B*** from Bill Pierre Ford call me and the dispute has been resolved to my satisfaction. They removed the $1,debt they had mistakenly turned over to a collection agencyThey called off the collection agency immediately and the phone calls have stopped. Thank you all for your help in resolving this situation. *** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:As we have requested beforeShow us the bill, all we have is the attachment.We were informed that in the circumstance Bill Pierre Ford procrastinated with our loan in anyway, they'd eat the costThe provided paper, in the attachment, we recieved shows this is what happened.We've asked to have them send a ligitimate billOtherwise, we, my husband and I, do not see why we should have to pay,let alone have this sent to collections.Sincerely,*** *** ***

The price of $24,is and was "after factory rebates" which is fully disclosed in every advertisementWhen we sent the paperwork to him we disclosed the selling price and the rebates (the net effect being what was advertised)Mr*** called concerned with this disclosure, also did
not want to use the Ford Motor Credit finance option which was worth $1,of the $3,in rebatesWe agreed to reimburse him the $plane ticket, had that check cut and sent to him

claimed that were sent to the lender. I am familiar with the situation, have spoken to Ms. [redacted] and the parties involved.
We assisted Ms. [redacted] with her purchase, mutually agreed to terms and we fulfilled all of our commitments. Ms. [redacted] told our staff the she was not happy with the Ford Edge which is why...

they suggested looking for an alternative vehicle. I have communicated to Ms. [redacted] that we are happy to allow her to exchange the Ford Edge that she purchased with another vehicle if she would like. We are also happy to rescind the transaction if she is willing to cover the expense we paid to repair and recondition the vehicle.

As I mentioned in my previous response, I was made aware of this the day after Mr. [redacted] came in. I addressed it with the individuals that were working that day and also with our entire management team. We WILL honor all vehicles that we aggressively price and have advertised. As I understand it Mr. [redacted] already purchased a vehicle from another dealer. Thank you for passing along this concern for review. I have reviewed the transaction file and spoke to the parties involved. As Mrs. [redacted] stated the price we allowed them to have the vehicle for was extremely good and the loan that was put in place called for the first payment at the start of...

July. They had a security alert on their credit profile that we needed to have cleared for the loan to fun and we called them several times to help get that resolved before they finally did. Because of that duration of time the loan was funding when the first payment was due so to ensure that they did not have a blemish on their credit we made the first payment for them during the funding of the loan and they could just reimburse us for that amount. The first payment that was agreed upon is still due to us and needs to be paid. I am hopeful that the [redacted] will follow through with their commitments as we have ours. Should we not be reimbursed for the first payment we will have no alternative but to forward to a 3rd party collection company that will impact their credit and cost additional monies in collection fee's and interest. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The delay hold was not from our end. We were very quick to respond to any of the dealerships needs. The finance specialist was difficult to get a hold of and was regularly not available. This had been a big stress for my husband and I until the loan went through.We were told that if the loan processed through late it would not be out of ghe dealerships pocket.We were in contact with [redacted] everyday once Bill Pierre Ford financed our loan through them. However we could not pay until the loan was fully processed. Bill Pierre ford payed the bill the day our paperwork processed on the 29th of June, which was 12 days before it was due (including grace period).  Due to what we were informed,  they paid the bill before the due date, 7/01, due to their negligence. I was made aware the day after Mr. [redacted] came in that this occurred. While some vehicles do have rebates that customers may need to qualify for we will honor all of the vehicles that we price and have advertised. Factory rebates used are disclosed in the comments of each vehicle.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: We did qualify for any of the advertised rebates.  Just like the rebates at Ford of Kirkland where we bought the SUV.  There was NO excuse after making the 3 phone calls.
