Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The delay hold was not from our endWe were very quick to respond to any of the dealerships needsThe finance specialist was difficult to get a hold of and was regularly not availableThis had been a big stress for my husband and I until the loan went through.We were told that if the loan processed through late it would not be out of ghe dealerships pocket.We were in contact with [redacted] everyday once Bill Pierre Ford financed our loan through themHowever we could not pay until the loan was fully processedBill Pierre ford payed the bill the day our paperwork processed on the 29th of June, which was days before it was due (including grace period) Due to what we were informed, they paid the bill before the due date, 7/01, due to their negligenceTherefore we should not owe this debt.We have requested on two occasions for documentation, proof of debt, or a legitimate bill but we have only recieved what is attachedSincerely, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We did qualify for any of the advertised rebates Just like the rebates at Ford of Kirkland where we bought the SUV There was NO excuse after making the phone callsWe were told "we couldn't honor the advertised price"Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for passing along this concern for reviewI have reviewed the transaction file and spoke to the parties involvedAs Mrs [redacted] stated the price we allowed them to have the vehicle for was extremely good and the loan that was put in place called for the first payment at the start of JulyThey had a security alert on their credit profile that we needed to have cleared for the loan to fun and we called them several times to help get that resolved before they finally didBecause of that duration of time the loan was funding when the first payment was due so to ensure that they did not have a blemish on their credit we made the first payment for them during the funding of the loan and they could just reimburse us for that amountThe first payment that was agreed upon is still due to us and needs to be paidI am hopeful that the [redacted] will follow through with their commitments as we have oursShould we not be reimbursed for the first payment we will have no alternative but to forward to a 3rd party collection company that will impact their credit and cost additional monies in collection fee's and interestThe [redacted] can contact either Brandon or me directly to cover the monies due to usIf anyone has additional questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted] PierreFord.com or by phone at [redacted] Regards,Luk B [redacted]
