said that was not a problem. At no time did he disclose the model of his tractor and it is not our responsibility to ask what kind of tractor the customer has. He did not contact us until Thursday 8-11-16, and he was told we do not take returns and he was informed to call back on Friday 8-12-16 to speak with the owner and he never did instead he contacted the Revdex.com. The issue is a very common occurrence because of different size tractors and we would have been very glad to help him fix the issue had he handled it in the correct manner. At no time during our initial transaction did he ask about returns, and we have never taking returns on farm equipment.
