To whom it may concern: The customer came to Easley Rv Center and asked to look at the 5" tillers We had a red and orange in stock the red was assemble and the orange was not, he said he wanted the orange and I informed him that it had to be assemble and he said that was not a problem At no time did he disclose the model of his tractor and it is not our responsibility to ask what kind of tractor the customer has He did not contact us until Thursday 8-11-16, and he was told we do not take returns and he was informed to call back on Friday 8-12-to speak with the owner and he never did instead he contacted the Revdex.com The issue is a very common occurrence because of different size tractors and we would have been very glad to help him fix the issue had he handled it in the correct manner At no time during our initial transaction did he ask about returns, and we have never taking returns on farm equipment
