Arrogant and uncooperative Service manager
I called for a service appointment under mandatory recall and the first appointment was not convenient for me so I asked Jessica for a different date/time and set up for one (Thu. August 13th). I reached there at my appointed time and was informed that my appointment is for tomorrow but we can accommodate you and it will take about two hours to do. Due to Covid-19 I was not willing to stay there for that long so I asked if I can get shuttle service to go home (as always in the past) but was informed that it is not available today. Asked for a loaner but that too was not available. So, after some back and forth, I agreed to wait and said to the service manager (Asstt.) that I will be cursing while waiting especially under the present pandemic and being diabetic and high BP patient. At this point, he refused the service and asked me to leave his dealership. He was very rude and then one service technician came by and started verbally attacking me. I asked him to give me in writing that he will not perform the service required under recall and he refused. I asked to get me his manager to talk to but he said that he is the manager and he cannot get me anyone. So, I decided to leave the dealership. I contacted them on their website contact but got no response from the management. The car was purchased here only.

We will send Ms. A[redacted] a prepaid Visa Card in the amount of $250.00.  This will pay for six oil changes that she may have done whenever and wherever she chooses.  Thanks again for giving us an opportunity to repond to this customer's concern.Sincerely,Bill R[redacted]

Review: I talked with Nissan North American they are filing a formal complaint against this dealership as the Vehicle problem was under warranty.

Please re look at this claim #[redacted] as I filed and it was passed to Revdex.com in Arlington VA but due to Nissan saying that they would have warranty the vehicle. There was nothing more they can do. But I should file a business complaint against the Dealership

I feel Should have to compensate me for the loss as I was not intending to purchase another vehicle to 5 years .. but due to some committee’s that I had I had to have a vehicle to go out of town on a long trip!

This dealership should not be trying to scam money out of people of the vehicle was under some type of warranty ..

07/02/2015 Called [redacted] Nissan and ask about Transmission check They stated that they could not check it until

07/15/2015 due to Nissan Tec's at training but did verify that CVT Transmission has 120,000 10 year warranty on 2009 Nissan as going out of town on 07/15/2015 we called Bill Robertson Nissan in Pasco Washington. they said they could look at the vehicle

07/03/2015 so took the vehicle over 07/07/2015 and left for the check

07/07/15 11:30 am called Nissan service they stated they had not found anything but would be back to me early after noon

verified with the Service person that Transmission was under the warranty 10 year 120,000 miles

He stated only if the whole transmission needed to be replaced.at 2:30 that after noon I got a call from Lisa D[redacted] from

Service she stated that they vehicle did need a new transmission and that out of warranty and that she called someone from Nissan and they stated they that they would do a 1 time goodwill offer and pay for the transmission but I would have to pay all Labor & fluid as she was scolding me as I had not been to her business for all my service work.. I argued with her that it should all be under warranty as we had gotten a letter stating that the CVT transmission was extend to 10 year 120,000 she said look it is out of warranty and we I have this one time good will offer for you..& you have to decided by 6 pm to night. I told her that I was very uncomfortable with what she was telling me as it is under the

Nissan extend CVT warranty I have papers somewhere.. she told me No .. . I drove 60 miles at 3:00 pm to pick up my vehicle & had to pad the diagnostics fee $116.21 and they told me to go talk with Lisa D[redacted] while they ere getting the paper I went down they hall to her office and she ask me .. Why do you not want to get this fixed.. after a little while she was acting like she felt sorry for me.. Is Fiance.. is the reason.. ?? as she has to to tell her manager something. I told her to write fiance that is fine.. she says to me.. I can get you a zero percent interest card for a year would that help? I told her that it should be under they warranty .. & that I was very unconformable with having to make a decision by 6 pm! she stared winking at me and said well if you know what I mean.. I can tell my manager that you had a doctor appt and will get back to me by 9 am . so I could go talk with my husband . I paid my 116.21 for the diagnostic charge and left. she said I came back to get the work done she would adjust the $116.21 of my share of the charge.

07/08/2015 I called and left a message on Lisa D[redacted] voice mail that there was to many red flags about this and that I wanted the managers phone number and his supervisors .. not sure why they would pay part of the transmission and not the rest.. she called back and was Rude & disrespectful that is was not covered she ran the VIN and we are out of Warranty .. she was the only one that the manager would talk with . but she would call him back and get back to me early after noon.. to my surprise (not) no one has called. ..

We have owned 8 Nissan vehicle at this time own 3 and have never been treated with disrespected from a service person.I believe that They are scamming old people... & she should be fired for being dishonest. if she is doing this to me what is she doing to the rest of the Nissan Customers ..

I believe that I should be compensated from this dealership for ½ of what they were scamming me out of..

Even the Sales Person at Obien Nissan in Walla Walla knew about the extend warranty on the transmission..

Lisa D[redacted] has been at this business for a long.. wonder how many other people they have scammed out of money??
