Dear Mr. [redacted] The purpose of this letter is to respond to the complaint that you filed with the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com”) on December 20, 2017, concerning our money transfer platform. Specifically, the difficulties that you experienced with Pangea’s referral bonus program.  ...

Pangea’s referral bonus program rewards existing customers who successfully refer their friends and family to our platform. In addition to rewarding existing customers, the referral program also rewards any new users who are successfully referred to our platform through this program. Here is how Pangea’s referral program works: 1.      All existing customers are provided with a unique referral code (“Referral Code”) that they can share with family and friends to encourage them to use Pangea’s platform. 2.      For an existing customer to receive a bonus, the family or friend referred to Pangea’s platform (“New User”) must create an account on our platform and enter the existing customer’s Referral Code when sending their first transfer. 3.      When the New User enters the Referral Code, Pangea’s system automatically adds a bonus to the New User’s first transfer, while also simultaneously adding a bonus to the existing customer’s account. In investigating your complaint, Pangea’s Customer Service team conducted a comprehensive review of your account activity. Our system did not have any records of any New User having entered your Referral Code when creating a transfer, which is required to receiver a referral bonus, as explained above. As such, a referral bonus was not applied to your account. We deeply value all our customers and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that you may have experienced with our platform.
