I visited Bill Smiths website on June 6th and found two trucks I was interested in I printed the pricing information out and drove to Cullman on June 7th One of the vehicles had sold and the other was there so I test drove it After deciding I liked the vehicle I asked the salesman to write it up and give me a quote for my trade He asked what price I had seen on this and if it was $60, I said no, that I believed it was $54,xxx and had the paperwork I showed him the printout with the exact same truck verified by the stock number and their advertised price of $54,price after all offers He said he believed this was a "double dip" price and doubted they could do that I asked that he speak with his boss and if they could not sell it for that price I wanted to speak with his boss and learn why His boss returned and said General Motors enters their website at times and enters price changes that th

my credit alerted that I had hard hits on my credit
I have hard hits on my credit report after being misled that it was only a soft hit
Dealership is in the practice of advertising pricing on Autotrader.com that they don't recognize as legitimate pricing at the dealership
