Thought I was making the right choice by choosing a family operated businessBig,Big,Big mistake A one to two weeks job took weeksDuring which time we received no phone calls unless we called them and happened to get someone to pick up the phone, most of the time we just got their answering machine.I understand their family was going through some personal issues and so we gave them time but weeks was a bit muchA lot of accuses with very little emphasis on customer satisfactionThere was no compensation for the customer because they just continously blamed the manufacture for the problemAs a customer I don't really care where the problem lies it is your job as the business to make sure the 3rd party that your company contracts with is doing their jobAll in all I would not recommend this company and will definitely not be doing business with them ever again

I wanted to use a local company to cut a piece of glass for me. I ordered the glass and was told it would be ready on a Wednesday. The business called to say the glass was ready and to return the phone call which I tried to do for the rest of the day and could only get a voicemailbox system which wanted me to insert a code to get to the mailbox. I did not have a code and could not get their answering machine. The business called Friday to tell me the glass was ready...I spoke directly to them (a female) and told her I would be there within 30 minutes to pick up the glass. When I arrived no one was there. I checked at neighboring businesses to see it my glass had been left next door because the glass was already paid for and perhaps they had an emergency. The glass was not at either business and I was told by one neighboring business that people come in "all the time" to see if their glass had been left and that people are upset that they can't get their glass. I left a message on the business answering maching asking them to deliver my glass or credit my account...and that I would contact Revdex.com. I didn't recieve a phone call back until the following Tuesday. They refused to deliver my glass, claimed I never had an appt to pick up my glass, and were not helpful in resolving this. I wll call my credit card and cancel the order.
