Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] The floor has a 15 year warranty I should not be having these issues with this floor I recently had a contractor out and looked at how the floor was installed and he said it was definitely  installed improperly there's been other issues going on with the floor , like the boards shifting and there are lift marks all along where the boards are placed , the floor cracks and pops when it is walked on and it is loose. Also I was left with no paperwork upon completion of the job and we were also never offered or left any of the unused product. The hole would not have occurred if the floor had been properly installed.
