I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. This response is a total LIE! None of this happened! Plus I work per deem and was lost a lot of money the day they gave me extremely short notice for my appointmentMy daughter also missed her bus and school because the *** dentist was 1/hours away! They NEVER explained anything to me, I was not informed they were putting this on my Care Credit account, Care Credit called me and asked why I hadn't paid the bill and I told them the TRUTH! My insurance was paying and I was lied to about the partial, the email was never sent to me about the cost of everythingI did cry at the dentist office when I was handed a partial that I had no idea I would receiveIt didn't fit, I spit and slurred words when I spoke but they convinced me to take it, that my brain would get use to it! I NEVER wore it because it never fit, hurt my mouth and made me spit when I spoke! I left it in my boyfriends truck, when he cleaned it he said he didn't know where it wentIt cannot be seen on my Facebook site by anyone but my true friends, it's private! I never had it in my mouth that is a TOTAL LIE once again!

Ms [redacted] purchased a [redacted] deal for an implant to be done in our office Prior to having the implant the patient needed a tooth extracted, bone graft and temporary partial. The patient was explained the process, shown models of what she would receive, accepted treatment and payment received....

Treatment was started, temporary partial delivered and worn home to begin the healing period. Patient then decided that she was unhappy with the temporary prosthesis. The dental office offered a full refund for the partial if she returned it. The patient stated that she was unable to do do as she lost it. Staff members observed the patient wearing the partial in pictures posted to her facebook page after she stated that she was unable to return the partial. Another important fact to this matter that we would like to mention is that the patient called her credit card company and had the charged causing a charge back to us. The only payment received on her account is the insurance payment for extraction. As far as the [redacted] purchase that she made for the implant, that is a contract between her and [redacted]. If she is looking for a refund for the [redacted] purchased she must call them directly and request it. At this time because of her lack of cooperation and honesty we feel that it is best that we terminate the relationship. Patient is being billed for the bone graft and temporary partial that she received. Thank you for understanding.
