I am rejecting this response because:Bill Vandegrift Inchas been out to my home every year(3-times) since I purchased (2011) this dishwasher. The computer board has been replaced no less than five times, it has leaked( not just because of soap) and it does not clean dishes. I think there has been ample in-home service visits. The diagnosis is clear: I was sold a malfunctioning dishwasher. As a customer, who PAID their bill at the time of purchase, I have been asked to accept a dishwasher that needs nothing but repairs(which I paid for with a purchase of an extended warranty), as well as wait while your company tries not to incurr a cost before replacing this machine. This is just plain poor customer service

The Kitchenaid dishwasher was purchased in February of 2011, but as per our records customer was using too much soap. Customer stated in April of that year that unit was leaking, this is also due to using too much soap. By using too much soap the unit will not clean, the soap will actually stick to...

the plates, cups, bowls etc. It will also clog all the spray arms, and pumps. In 2012 our service tech replaced the control board, and fuse due to the dishwasher shutting off mid cycle. We had to then replace the board two more times that year due to a "ghost light." we received another phone call from the customer in July of 2014, same issue with board. We replaced again under warranty.Customer called us on January 16, 2015 about the control board and a burning smell. We spoke to the customer multiple times about getting our tech out to see what part was needed so we could go back through Kitchenaid and the extended warranty to get the unit exchanged. On 1/16/2015, the day the customer called, we called the extended warranty company and received an authorization for this service call. Customer will not allow us back in house. The manager, has been in contact with both parties fighting to get either a store credit or replacement. We are willing to help out the customer with this issue, and for future sales or service.

I just received notice that the extended warranty company is exchanging the dishwasher for customer [redacted]. Client should here from the company shortly. Issue at this point has been resolved on our end, and customer should be very happy that she will get a new unit at no charge.ThanksPlease let me know.Lindsay
