I called this plumber on Sunday Feb 2nd. He said to call him the next morning and he will come look at it. We called at 9am the next morning he said he would be there between 10-11. Did not show up. Not only did I call, my boyfriend called and our roommate called. We called again at 1pm and he said he was going to the eye doctor and after that he would come by. Never showed. Called again at 5:15 and he said he didn't have our number or our address wrote down (which we gave every time we called). He finally showed up at 5:30. He ran a snake down my drain and it didn't unclog the bathroom. He then decided to run a water hose down our pipe. When he turned the water on he said to keep an eye on the clog in the bathroom and if it gargles we will turn the water off. HE ENDED UP BUSTING OUR PIPE WHEN HE DID THIS. WE TURNED THE WATER OFF ASAP. The water in the bathtub never went down. I had water coming above ground where the sewer pipe was where as before we didn't have that problem. HE REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND HE DEMANDED that we pay him 85 dollars and HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL WE DID. I now have sewage backed up into my bathtub. I can't even use the bathroom in my own house, I cannot shower, I cannot wash dishes or anything because of this now. We was able to wash dishes before and use the bathroom, the shower would just clog when we used the shower. We have on recorder him refusing to fix the problem.
