Statement: The owner of KC Home Photography *** *** requested a Drone Insurance quote from our agency on 9/16/at 1:59PMWe prepared and emailed *** a quote on 9/for $On 9/at 2:35PM *** emailed us in writing asking to start insurance coverage effective 9/26/and
stating that he would pay by tonight 9/or tomorrow 9/Per his request, we bound coverage with our insurance company Global Aerospace, a star, A+ Rated insurance company and immediately emailed over Confirmation coverage showing9/at 3:45PM, after receiving confirmation of coverage, *** called us back and asked us how much it would cost to add an additional Drone to the policyWe had a quote back to him by the next dayWe didn't receive the go ahead to add the second Drone, so we followed up with him via emailHe responded "Not yet" in an emailOn October 2nd, *** still hadn't paid us as he said he would, we sent a reminder to him for payment on the initial insurance policyOn 10/we sent another payment reminder to himOn 11/at 12:PM *** requested changes to his policyon 11/at 1:50PM We informed him that since he had not yet paid, we were unable to make changes to the policy until he paid for his existing policyOn 11/at 3:PM *** emailed his agent Wesley, explaining that he wasn't aware of a policy already in place and does not feel he owed us for premium earnedWe responded with copies of the email chain showing proof of his knowledge of coverageOn 11/at 7:AM we informed *** we were giving him until 11/to pay or we will have to cancel the policyLater that day *** called asking to cancel the policy effective that dayWe sent him a Lost Policy Release and *** signed confirming coverage was in place and should now be cancelledWe cancelled coverage immediately and informed *** that the policy was cancelled but an earned premium of $was due for coverage in place from 9/26-11/It has now been days and no payment has ever been received from ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the email thread that shows once I received the insurance documents I was not satisfied with the coverage. And if I did not sign the cancellation policy it would just keep racking up chargesI put on the cancellation document an effective date of 9/because as you'll see from the emails I stated very clearly I wanted to think more about the insurance options once I realized the quote wasn't for both of my UAV's. I very clearly stated that I didn't want to proceed after I received the documentshow can anyone be forced to buy an insurance policy before seeing the policy docs?

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the email thread that shows once I received the insurance documents I was not satisfied with the coverage.  And if I did not sign the cancellation policy it would just keep racking up charges. I put on the cancellation document an effective date of 9/26 because as you'll see from the emails I stated very clearly I wanted to think more about the insurance options once I realized the quote wasn't for both of my UAV's.  I very clearly stated that I didn't want to proceed after I received the documents.... how can anyone be forced to buy an insurance policy before seeing the policy docs?
