I am rejecting this response because: The Bill Williams Codid not follow hardwood Flooring installation guidelines see the attachment from Armstromg our hardwood flooring have buckle every four feet the lenght of the room the last estimate we got was for $ on floor replacement and installing of the correct # pound felt paper that did not include any cabinet removal and replacement from a local flooring company and I think if you read the attachment you will find Bill Williams team did not follow installation guidelines*** *** has also made statements that he had sub flooring wood issues and visited our home with the company who supply the sub flooring woodThe Bill Williams team also attempted to cut the sub flooring from the basement to releave the pressure and that did not work. If the hardwood flooring installation guidelines attachment did not attached please let me know I will mail a copy

To whom it may Concern:This is our response in regards to the complaint letter dated 11/25/we received this week. Per our subcontractor, Community Floors, Inc., they only install #pound felt paper under unfinished hardwood. This has been their installation standards for as long as
they have been doing our flooring jobs which is approximately thirty five years. We have had our insurance company look at this job and they agree only the small area in the middle of the family room needs replacing. We have agreed to replace this area. The home owner wants all hardwood removed and replaced in the family room, kitchen and dining room. Our estimate to replace the small area in the family room is ($2000.00) per the quote from Community Floors, Inc. To whom it may concern, We stand by our original offer.  We will not replace entire floor due to the fact that the flooring manufacturer rep and our insurance company and the supplier all agree that there was only one small area that needed to be replaced and we offfered to replace it.  The entire floor was not in need of replacement.Sincerely[redacted]
