As per the above referenced complaint that was filed against Bill's Appliance Service, we will be refunding *** *** $after she removes the bad reviews that she and her husband posted on the internetThey posted negative reviews on *** *** *** ***The *** review was
posted under her name as *** ***I spoke with her on the phone today, March 31, 2016, and she agreed to remove the negative reviews in exchange for the $refundI need to see the negative reviews removed before I issue this refundThank you very much for your consideration in this matter*** M***

Bill is one of a dying breed, he has the knowledge and experience and takes the time to diagnose the problem and then discusses possible solutions with youHe has been very pleasant no matter how long he has to stay and is also willing to share his knowledgeI would have no problem recommending Bill to anyone for appliance repairs or installation
