On 11/26/I ordered one bookAfter it was delivered I went online to register / activate accountTheir website would not give me an access code,despite the recent purchase I madeTheir site called my membership "INACTIVE" because of the purchase I made & I didn't buy one in 2016,& ??? All one has to do is purchase a book and you can activate thereafterI emailed them twice and all I got from my last email was a generic receipt for my purchase Order # *John Brown
We received calls from customers in regards to a coupon listed on [redacted] for our Company [redacted] *** The advertised coupon says "enjoy one complimentary MIAMI DIVE TRIP when a second MIAMI DIVE TRIP of equal or greater value is purchased- maximum discount $" This coupon is fraudulent we are not running this special, we did not authorize them to use our name, graphics from our website or otherwiseCustomers are paying money for this coupon and it again has nothing to do with us and we did not authorize or know about this coupon We tried to call the number listed on this website and they explain that they do not have a way to speak with anyone via phoneTo e-mail them is a forum on their website- they do not list their actual e-mail address to contact them or a business address We have called other local businesses located in the area who were listed and they also were unaware of the coupon listed on the websiteThey will be creating other r
I purchased a Entertainment book for the Seattle region and have had multiple experiences with businesses that claim they never elected to be in the book and have not participated for yearsThis has caused multiple uncomfortable exchanges with businesses as well as multiple purchases that ended up costing me more many than planned do to refusal of the business to honor the published promotionMost recently, I ate at [redacted] Famous Deli in Bellevue and they told me not only have they not accepted Entertainment cards for years, but that they had to kick the representative out of the deli a year ago when she attempted to assert they honor the promotionI ended up spending $more than intended
I never ordered these entertainment books but they sent them to me and billed my credit card I had ordered two books last January and I believe that I checked no to subscription I may have gone online to view deals but never chose the subscription Note that it is a negative option that you have to unsubscribe as their program checks you as a subscriber
