Hello, My name is William and I am the Operations Manager here at Bills Auto Pats IncI reviewed the claim and see for no reason to be titled as a thief over this matterBills Auto Parts was very fair with the rates at which were chargedWhen a vehicle is laying on its side doors, it is no longer a disabled vehicleIt needed extra winching equipment to place it on back on its four wheelsSo this was not a simple tow when a vehicle is disabled, and the motorist is on the side of the roadThe SUV had to be up-righted,, then to be towed safety back to our facilityIm sorry for your families unfortunate accident, and hope no long term injuries took placeThank you William
