Another truck was never offered to be sent when the scheduled vehicle never showed. We asked repeatedly if another vehicle would pickup our car and our request was never answered despite *** saying she would call back that dayAfter reporting this business to the Revdex.com we finally got an apology! It took weeks to get this company to issue our refund! We repeatedly had to call to get our refund sent. We also finally had reported this business to the Maine Attorney General office of consumer affairsThat is when our money was returned for failure to provide service.we would not recommend this business to anyone.we thank the Revdex.com and Maine Attorney Generals office for assisting us.

We have repeatedly apologized for the miscommunication.  We had a driver go missing.  He decided to quit under a load and stay in Florida.  We sent out another truck when this became clear.  The money was returned via check.  As we have not had this happen before we...
