In March 2016, I brought in a watch to this business for a simple repair The watch is an Omega X-Mars Mission watch It needed a stem replacement Marlene E [redacted] is the owner of this business She contracts out watch repair to a local craftsman [redacted] *** He lives at [redacted] His telephone number is [redacted] Mr*** has repaired watches for me before and after receiving this watch His work is usually done in a timely manner This time however, Mr [redacted] has continued to delay returning my watch Once he told me he was unable to locate my watch in his home workshop Next, he told me that the watch was right in front of him, but he damaged it further during the repair (He says he broke the face) He said he had trouble locating spare parts I located a working, unused watch movement to replace what he said he broke I paid for the movement myself ($280USD) That was over months ago I have repeatedly requested through M
