My company dropped the ball on the client I apologized, and asked for a second chance I told her I would not charge any more money Client agreed I prepared and sent the documents to the client, taking my time to do so Client signed and sent backI again dropped the ball for personal reasons, and the documents were not filed in a timely manner The customer did a "chargeback" on her form of payment, and recouped the entire $I told client I will prepare all documents and send to her, to be filed I can do this, so effectively client will have received a free case and is only out her time Thus, this complaint should be droppedObviously, it is my goal to satisfy every client, and I am extremely apologetic that the ball was dropped here I will constantly strive for perfection in the future
