I am very sorry that a customer had to endure this sort of customer serviceUnfortunately, since I'm not at the business at all times, I cannot possibly monitor what goes on at all times or what the employees doAfter I received this complaint, I did in fact confront my employeeHowever he did
deny all allegations, and since I have no proof besides this complaint, I can't accuse him for any wrongdoingI have given a stern warning and implemented a no tolerance policy moving forward if such events were to reoccurIn addition to this, our store was already in the process of upgrading the cash register and payment systems such that this sort of thing cannot happen againIn the near future we will have bar code scanners, taking out any manual input of pricing from the employeeThese scanners will further prevent any unrighteous prices that my store has been accused of
