Metal roof was installed a few months back, since then leak developed causing ceiling in utility room to fall and destroying wall Bills Mteal Roofing installed roof a few months agoWe went through a severe drought but when it did start raining ceiling in utility room collapsed and wall damage occurred from leak at restroom vent pipeI contacted [redacted] and he stated why did I just notice itI replied remember the length of time we were in droughtIt shouldn't have mattered being I'm well within his warranty (ha ha) [redacted] has made appointments but never shows and now doesn't even return my phone callsI am going to hire another roofer since I can't allow more damageI have been told since this occurred by numerous people that they [redacted] not follow up on any issuesSad but you live and learn
Bill's Metal Roofing was to repair my roof, but left me with several leaksHe will not honor the year warranty to repair the leaks
I acquired the service of Bill's Metal Roofing on 3/20/to repair a leaking metal roofI paid him $cash for materials on 3/20/17.He showed up on 3/28/to start work, but did not finish because of weatherHe came back 3/30/to complete and was paid $for labor with a checkI contacted *** *** on 4/3/to notify him that I had more leaks than we began with and sent picturesHe sais that he would be here on 4/5/17, but did not show up until 4/10/I contacted *** *** on 4/27/to inform him that I still have leaks and that water is leaking on my door openerOn 4/28/17, he said he would call to set up a time to come outOn 4/30/17, he said he would come out on 5/1/17, but did not show upHe said that he would come on 5/2/17, but did not comeHe came by on 5/3/to repair leaks but I still had leaks afterwardsI
