I've been visiting Bill's Music for going on years In younger years I was a professional musician in the Baltimore area, but since I had all the gear I needed, I never needed to visit Lately, I've been using Bill's guitar-repair shop because their work is of the highest quality in the area The charge may be higher than Guitar Center's, but I KNOW that Ron and his assistant will do the job right THE FIRST TIME Next: Matt [redacted] is the consummate salesman and gentleman I only need to tell him what I'm looking fortone, voicings, volume, reliability of guitar and ampand he always comes through with about three manufacturers' models, each pretty much spot on Not pushy, but not like those salespeople who jump on you as you enter...and then for some reason forget you're there! Nice family business, nice atmosphere....just wish some of the customers would mind their guitar-playing manners
