Mrs*** called on Tuesday February and a mechanic was sent outShe was complaining about no hot water in the showerThe first day we were there we did not replace the mixing valve as she claimsRather we serviced her shower valve and she got more hot water from itIt still wasn't enough
hot water she she was told by the mechanic that mixing valve on the boiler would need to be replaced and we would have to return on another day as it was a part we didn't stock in the truckThe next day she was called and we asked if it was a good time to come out and she said yesWe replaced the mixing valve that day and didn't here from her until she got the bill in the mailWe did go back to adjust the shower head for her (she was not billed for this)She started claiming that we were not there on two separate occasions to fix the shower, but we wereI don't know what else to say about thisI remember calling herThe mechanic that did the work remembers being there twiceI have my own paperwork showing we were there twiceWhen I spoke to her on the phone after she received the bill she had to look at her calendar to see if we could possibly have been thereObviously she doesn't remember us being there twice or even the order the work was doneShe was billed for hours of work and decided she only felt like paying for hours of our timeThere is no possible way we could have done the work she has admitted to doing in that amount of time
