Bill's Pool Service, Inc.

I hired Bill's Pool Service in April to prep and paint my in-ground poolThe owner stated that, as part of the preparation, several vertical cracks around the interior perimeter of the pool walls would need to be repairedThe company proceeded to pressure-wash blast the cracks into 12" - 15" vertical holes over the entire interior perimeter wallsThe owner, Charlie S., then advised that I hire, and pay for, a Structural Engineer to determine the structural integrity of the pool I immediately terminated the services of Bill's Pool Service, and requested the return of $1,I'd paid in advance of the work (the money was requested/required by the owner for "materials") The owner refused my request and left the premises, leaving several pieces of equipment in the pool The owner has not responded to voice-mail messages I have left for him since May
Since that time, I have had to spend $3,to repair the damage caused by Bill's Pool Service, but the pool remains unpainted due to this unanticipated extra expense
I submit this review to advise prospective customers of Bill's Pool Service that they exercise caution when considering this company for pool work
