August 26, Dear [redacted] I have just received your letter informing us about the complaint that was made on August 12, 2015, I would like to thank you for giving us a chance to respond and resolve this issueOn Saturday, August 8, our answering service received a call from the [redacted] 's that evening, stating that they could not close their front doorAfter receiving the call our maintenance tech [redacted] called the resident directly to see exactly what was going on, and in that conversation it was understood that the door could be secured until [redacted] could arrive in the morningEven then Ms [redacted] was not pleased and stated if someone doesn't come right now, I'm gonna bh about it" before hanging up on ***The next morning, in less than twenty-four hours, [redacted] arrived to access what needed to be done to properly fix the front door and upon inspection it was clear that the door had been somewhat kicked in by the damage that was done to the hingesAfter [redacted] repaired the door his observation was confirmed when a neighboring tenant informed him that Mrand Mrs [redacted] were having a domestic dispute when the door was damagedAs for the other repairs, the leak under the sink was repaired that same week, and upon inspection they need an exhaust fan installed in the restroom, which will be done on Monday, August 31, If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call me at the number aboveThank you, [redacted] Property Manager

Complaint: [redacted]What is stated in the response,Is A Lie.The damage that was noted in the first letter,I have pictures of all damages to apartment from day one,that has not yet been taken care of.Door jam is still not done,now I the tenant is having to pay a $300 ELECTRIC BILL.FRONT window is still not sealed.There is still a broken door frame in closet which was like that along with a messed up door knob on the 2nd bedroom.big holes in walls,where there suppose to be door stops.huge crack above entrance way leading into the apartment. Constant rodent problem,inside and out.
