Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/09/10) */
In the matter regarding [redacted]: He entered my shop with a list of services he wanted done on his motorcycle. I'll readily admit we did not do some repairs because the parts tested accordingly and I felt they were not needed at the...

time. Mr. [redacted] would stop by from time to time checking in on our progress and he would always be in a good mood. Then a few Saturdays ago there was a message posted to craigslist slandering and telling lies about the shop, which I later found out was Mr. [redacted].
He came in on Monday the 24th still in a good mood and said that "he has to take off for a job in Rochester and he has to leave today." My coworker and I got the motorcycle done the same day and helped load it onto his truck. We then went inside to discuss the bill. I explained to him the price of the bill minus the thousand dollars he paid in advance. He didn't seem upset about my prices or the work done. Mr. [redacted] stated he didn't have enough money and would have to go up to the gas station to make a withdrawal. He left and didn't come back to pay the money he still owed.
Over the next few days I received a number of threatening text messages. One of which says we charged him for services and parts that were not installed. If he would have taken his work order and read it he would have seen that he was not charged for services not done or any parts that were not installed AKA; stator, rotor, and ring. There were so many text messages that I just wanted the matter done with and to make Mr. [redacted] happy. So I told him I would refund the labor and all he would have to pay for was the parts installed. I have the receipt for the parts as well. I offered to mail him a check, give him a cashiers check, and pay him in cash, all of which he refused. He continued to send me text messages and slander me over the internet. I believe that he is a crook and is just doing this to get free parts and labor. We work very hard and very long hours to keep our customers happy and on the road. I would really like for this issue to be resolved. Please let me know what else I can do to help.
Thanks,
Blake [redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/09/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The response is fradulent. I have:
1.) a paper reciept for deposit of 1000.00
2.) photoraph of the original two page invoice he refused to provide to me.
3.) An inspection report from an independet shop indicating the repairs were not completed.
4.) A repair order from a third independent shop, including parts removed which indicate his work was fraudulent.
5.)proof that I only responded to his text messages and did not initiate any or threaten in any.
6.) 20 death threats recieved via voicemail in the middle of the night have been referred for prosecution via local police-case # available.
I am no longer willing to settle for simply a refund as the actual expense incurred as a result of this matter far exceeds the downpayment I made.
This is America where free speach is a protected right. I am an American born citizen and I have only begun to initiate my full scale national media blitz regarding this fraud, death threats and more fraud situation from this phoney repair shop. My story appears on over 20 websites- new ones added daily and I have provided my story-and factual evidence to several local news reporters.
I would love this matter resolved for the actual expense I have incurred which is presently in excess of my origonal claim.

Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 34, 2015/11/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As indicated countless times previously, once payment is recieved and cleared I will update the status of my complaint. It should be noted that on numerous ocasions I have indicated that a check was not an acceptable form of payment and a money order was. I do not understand what is so hard to understand. I will accept a check if forced to however acceptance will be based upon billet bike shop being responsible for processing fees as I will not under any circumstances deposit a check from this criminal organization into any of my personal accounts for previously explained security reasons. I have located a bank that will process this check and bill the bike shop for it's services.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 32, 2015/11/03) */
We put the check in the mail to Revdex.com on 11/02/2015.
