I received your letter 4 or 5 days ago and I wanted to talk to the other guys here and the night guard because I don't see him much.  Nobody remembers her or her son. Our company hasn't had any problems with anybody.  The drivers hardly tow anything.  Illegally parked or any other....

 Companies lately there hav ban plenty of parking.  Night watchman told me this morning one fellow came down and picked up a silver Jeep but had no problem that was towed from [redacted] Street, larger apartment complex, their parking is all black tip and you do have to have a parking permit and it is owned by [redacted] Realty.  The renter called & said a vehicle was in her spot for 2 days & lady wanted it towed.  I was not the driver but I was present and picked up a couple of days later after closing time.
