10/2/14: The telephone number listed on this inquiry, *** does not reflect any charges for USBI in our databasePlease have the consumer provide the correct billing telephone number that appears on their local telephone bill that has been charged so that we may further investigate

10-6-14: We are unable to locate any information with the telephone number provided of *** . Please provide our office with the exact telephone number that indicates the charges in dispute or a copy of the portion of the complainant's local telephone company statement
so that we may further investigate her allegations. Her dispute seems to indicate ILD Teleservices which would not be our company. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of further assistance

I am rejecting this response because: My complaint is with ILD Corp, and GPSPS Inc. I don't know why USBI address appeared on my complaint unless they are part of the companies.

Each long distance provider for which we perform record processing services should provide records regarding services that are properly authorized and in accordance with the appropriate regulations.Mr. [redacted] disputes the charges in question submitted on behalf of Preferred Long Distance. As Preferred Long Distance prefers to address their own regulatory matters, we would like to request that your office serve them directly at the address below. 10/16/14: In response to this inquiry, we are not ILD. If these charges are from USBI, we would need the exact billing telephone number that has charges from the local exchange carrier with a USBI billing page.  If there is no billing page for USBI included in your local telephone bill, this would indicate that we are not billing for any charges.
Please let us know if you should have any further questions/concerns.
