this business processed an ach check from a known scam outfit - [redacted] and gave as the email address of the payee one that ended with "[redacted].com"
the company said it would reverse the charge - but did not provide any information about how or from whom it received my bank information
I went on line to discover that this scam is rampant - a third party processing companies have been allowing this to go on

Furthermore we ran a query on our database and could not locate any accounts; past or present, associated with [redacted] and/or email [redacted]@gmail.com.
If Mr. [redacted] would have used our services and dis not receive his response from the bank he submitted his verification request to we'll happily refund and would simple need his BSI order numbers for the request(s) in question.
If [redacted] would have contacted our offices via phone and/or email this would have been explained as well.
I am including in my response a copy of an internal account's invoice, I would have included one for Mr.[redacted] however as stated previously none exists to the best of our knowledge based on his name and email not being associated with any account, which clearly shows on page one our Website, Email, and Telephone Number. Additionally I am including a screen shot of our website online -> main menu -> customer service option which again clearly shows our Mailing Address, Remittance Address, Email, and again our Telephone number.
if this is a valid complaint we can easily resolve if provided valid BSI order number(s).
