customer’s needs and requests, including service cancellations. The client filing this complaint received  a full credit in the amount $60.00 transferred into their account on February 4 to offset the monthly fees they absorbed post the cancellation of the account.

 

Review: I own a company in Vermont that did business with Billingtree. They are a Credit Card processor and they would process our credit cards that we ran through our business. In November of 2013 I sent them notification that our company would no longer be using their services and to stop taking out of our operating account the monthly service charge of 30.00. In December they took out the 30.00 service charge, so I contacted [redacted] and informed him that this is wrong and we need to be reimbursed. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Now in January they took out another 30.00 (I have not been contacted by [redacted] or anyone at Billing Tree that this matter has been resolved). I need Billing tree to stop taking out the 30.00 monthly service fee and I also need them to reimburse my company 60.00 for these fraudulent charges.Desired Settlement: 60.00 sent back to my company and stop any further withdrawals.
