Payment plans a sham
I set up a 12 month payment plan in November and paid the 1st payment. Due on thec38th of each month. December 9th I went to make the 2nd payment early and found my account inactive. The next day I got a letter from collections. In September I sent them 2 $25 payments they accepted the payment and sent me to collections on paid bill. Still not resolved. They do not answer phones.

Money Hungry
My wife got cancer and fought it for 14 months and passed away from a stroke 7 months ago. I think due to them not keeping an eye on her blood after chemo. They ran 2 to 3 cat scans a day when she was in ICU but not ever before the stroke. I have paid a lot of money on the bill and finally received a bill with 0$ owed. Then 2 months later a new bill for money owed. I will not pay it! They continue to send it after I notified them its been 8 months since my wife passed and they have now come up with new charges.
Money Hungry! I would give them zero stars but that is not an option.

I called the complaint department, as I was extremely upset and dissatisfied with a staff doctor and the procedure he preformed. I also called the head of that department. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK! I will NEVER go to Billings Clinic again. No empathy and no accountability.

Review: I send the Billings Clinic $50.00 a month. My wife also sends $50.00 a month. We have done this every month for over three years. I received a past due notice last month. I thought this must be a mistake. I still sent my payment of $50.00. This month. I received a final notice of warning, that my bill was now seriously delinquent and my account will be referred to a professional collection agency within 15 days. My wife called the Billings Clinic. She told them that we each send $50.00 every month. The woman on the phone at Billings Clinic said that if they do not get at least $76.00 a month on my bill,(and want $100.00 a month) they can turn my account over for collection, because it is not the amount that they want paid each month. The bill exceeds the allowable amount by my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). The woman also told my wife that they can co-sign a loan for the full amount with a local bank. This feels like extortion. By taking my monthly $50.00 and claiming my account is seriously delinquent, is their recent business practice legal? I have never encountered this type of business practice before.Desired Settlement: The Billings Clinic can void my debt in writing, or continue accepting my payment of $50.00 a month without the threat of "pay what we want" or we will damage your credit.

Review: I have asked this clinic at least 4 times to make me the financial responsible name for all members of my family. It still hasn't been done right. Whenever I go in to pay a bill they always tell me that there is nothing when I know that there should be. My daughter's bill always comes under my wife's name. They don't seem to listen with anything that is asked. I also saw Dr. [redacted] under a Veterans Assistance authorized visit and now, I am being billed for it after explaining to a woman for Billings clinic that it was per-approved?Desired Settlement: I would liked to have these billing issues addressed and resolved. It has been an ongoing issue. I don't want to ever see a bill go to collections just because I am told there is nothing owed because it is under the wrong name!

Review: I am a Veteran covered by the [redacted] system. I was given an authorization for care through Billings Clinic to see a doctor for a proceedure and followup visits. As a fully covered veteran, I do not have a co-pay. I should not be paying for any out of pocket expenses associated with authorized care. I received a bill from BC for $116.00. I contacted both BC billing and the **. BC said that they submitted a bill to the ** for payment but it was refused. The ** said that they received the claim and that BC had IMPROPERLY submitted it, They advised to have BC Billing send them a new request. BC said I need to have the ** contact them. Around and around in circles.

Billings Clinic continues to send me bills. I am not responsible for the non-payment or payment of this bill. It is their job to ensure proper submition of all required documentation and billing to the **.Desired Settlement: Either work the billing out with the ** or drop this. Do not involve me further. Please contact me to confirm that the matter has been resolved or dropped. Thank You.
