We have a Coinamatic wash machine and drier in our building The machines are useless front-loaders - not nearly as effective at cleaning as a standard wash machine and drier On top of that, the card reader machines overcharge consistently Not only are you charged for the different levels on cleaning (and you have to use the highest level to get your clothes clean at all) but they also double and triple charge per wash and dry! So you have to to call them each time you catch them, then its set back, then you catch them again etc So they are only honest when they can't get away with not being so! What a crappy, dishonest company this is! Wouldn't deal with them at all if I had a choice!

I have not experienced a situation like this before I've come to dread loading the card and having to call their inexperienced and unhelpful people on the phones I'm almost believing they have their Kiosks set to have issues so that it spits out an unwanted $useless plastic card Then you have to call and then call back to ensure the envelope was sent out Terrible business and frustrating when you are limited as to were to wash your laundry The washing machines and driers aren't very good I would not be surprised if they were overhauled from hotel sales or some such thing and not in the best working conditions when installed That's just my opinion *** I would not be surprised if they made a goodly sum just from people who have had the same problem but just can't be bothered for $ Trust me, over time that adds up nicely This is my second written complaint to this company
