Review: Billings Moving Services moved my belongings to my new house 1-16-14. The moving company damaged my blended red sectional couch, armoire, TV, dresser, table, crib, wood floor and doorways. The sectional was scratched several places and has three holes. The armoire was scratched and paint was taken off. The corner of the TV was dented and it does not work. The corners of the dresser were scratch and corner fell apart. The table has a couple scratches. Crib has scratches. The wood floor has scratches and the paint in the doorway was scratched off. When I confronted the movers about the sectional. They told me one of the holes was there. They also told me the furniture was already scratched before they moved it. I only noticed the table, the TV, CRIB, wood floor and wall damage the next day. I only agreed to pay a portion of the bill until they fixed the damages. I called [redacted] several times. He agreed to some see the damages. He stated he would fix them, after seeing them at my house. He never called back. I called him a couple days after he saw the damage. He stated he could only get to it in a few weeks. I called two weeks later and he stated he was trying to get a hold of the person that fixes things for him. He told me he would call on 1-7-14 to fix everything. He has not called me. Also, when I asked [redacted] about their insurance information. He refused to proved that information.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to replace my sectional. The value is $1060.00. The TV is $100.00. I would like them to replace my dresser and armoire for $1000.00. Also, pay $600.00 for damages on the floor, table, crib and doorways.
