I first would like to just get the simple fact straight as Mr [redacted] continues to manufacture his own version of the events and they are far from accurate:1.Mr [redacted] has his product, it was delivered, signed for, and paid.2.We DID NOT go to his house times, and once we did go late on our second trip to get him taken care of at HIS request to accommodate HIS schedule.3.We DID NOT steal his drill bit (or tools as he calls them)We borrowed ONE $bit and we replaced it with an ENTIRE set of bits at a cost of $for his trouble.4.Mr [redacted] DID apply for financing and WAS declined for the amount requested, as he stated, he paid part credit card and part finance, we were able to get him approved for a lesser amount of credit the second timeWe have all the documents from his denial of credit as well as his current financing paperwork, all signed by Mr [redacted] himselfThe point here is not his denial but to just point out he doesnt even know the facts, and if he does he continues to create his own reality, of course we ran his credit, we HAD to do this to get him approved (or denied) and we have the signed paperwork from Mr [redacted] stating just this.5.We have NEVER yelled at Mror Mrs [redacted] , we have only done what any good company would do and returned to his home every single time he called and asked for somethingWe are a service related business and without follow up and follow through service after the sale we wouldn't continue to excel at what we doMr [redacted] seems to have forgotten most of the pertinent information related to this transactionThe fact that he did get DENIED the credit he requested, we LOANED him a shuffleboard to use until his arrived, not because we had to or that there was any problem, we did it for the simple fact that he ordered his new shuffleboard during the Christmas holiday and was having a party and he wasn't going to have his special order table until Janso we delivered and set up a loaner shuffleboard and then picked it back up for FREE!, that WE UPGRADED him to another shuffleboard at NO additional charge, we gave him a FREE $board sweep, we gave him FREE delivery and setup and FREE upgraded accessory package, we UPGRADED his "tools" or missing bit, we gave him a FREE cover and when it did not fit we immediately ordered another one that would fit, and that we did go to his home times, to deliver, then level the table, and again to fix something he requested on the table, each time accommodating his scheduling and each time completing the work as you can see from the signed paperwork each timeThe only issue is the cover, a cover that he was told would be to him and personally delivered so he didn't have to go out of his way to pick it up, but instead of waiting hours for the cover to arrive (we spoke on a Monday and the cover arrived as guaranteed on that Wednesday) he decided to take to social media and make and inaccurate comments, file a Revdex.com complaint and again not share truthful information or be honest about itHe said his wife calmed us down on the phone call, what his wife said is "I am sorry, my husband probably jumped the gun and he should have taken a different approach and waited and I will speak to him about it and get back with you", that is the very last phone call we had with the [redacted] 's until they showed up at the store being less than truthful, video taping a sales person, and creating a scene when there was no need to do thisAgain, this is a very simple matter and we should have known what we were dealing with when he threatened to call his "free" company attorney over a cover that was due to arrive in less than hours! We feel we have fulfilled our obligation to Mr [redacted] He has his product and is happy with it according to all paperwork signed for by him, He has his free items, and we went above and beyond "normal" customer service by loaning him a shuffleboard for free for his party, giving him items that were NOT part of his purchase, AND always accommodating his schedule and ALWAYS immediately responding to any service calls related to his shuffleboard and resolving them on the spotWe appreciate the Revdex.com time and effort hereWe apologize for taking up some much of your time in a matter that was very simple and if told truthfully by Mr [redacted] would have amounted to no more than him waiting hours for his free cover to be hand delivered to his homeHe felt the need to tell half truths and manufacture his own story so he didn't embarrass himself by taking up so many peoples times in this matter when there really was no issue to deal withWe take any and all complaints very serious and have a very successful track record of satisfied customers and as we can see in this case there was nothing we were going to do to make Mr [redacted] satisfiedthanks you

This is in response to a complaint from Mr [redacted] .This is a case where the customer has manufactured his own versions of the events as well as changed the course of the phone conversation we hadMr [redacted] came in and chose a shuffleboard and asked to finance the purchaseHe filled out the finance paperwork and went home, the next day we notified him that his financing did NOT get approved for the amount requestedMr [redacted] came back into the store, we upgraded him to a more expensive shuffleboard for NO more money and he said in his words "thank you so much for doing this, for showing me the better shuffleboard and giving me the extra discounts"We then told him it would take 4-weeks for the special order delivery but we would deliver to him AT NO CHARGE a loaner shuffleboard to use until his arrived, this is not a something that most companies would ever do because of the expense associated with loaning a shuffleboard, but we didMr [redacted] was delivered his shuffleboard weeks after purchase, we did have to make a second trip back the next day because they had brought two of the same boxes and Mr [redacted] has requested that we come back instead of completing it the same day, we went back and completed the shuffleboard and it was signed off on upon completionMr [redacted] then asked about his board sweep and his cover, the shuffleboard DOES NOT come with a board sweep and never did but as a customer service focused business we gave him one for free, the cover does not come with the shuffleboard but we ordered him one, the first one did not fit because it was a little to tight so we again ordered him another cover that has been here sitting at the store for weeksThe last conversation we had with Mr [redacted] was him calling to ask when his cover would arrive and we told him it would arrive in daysDuring this conversation he also asked about a drill bit he was missing that we borrowed during our second trip, we informed him that we bought an ENTIRE bit set to replace his one bit and again we were sorry for using it and not returning it the same dayAfter informing him that we were withing hours of having his cover and completing his order he stated "I am just going to call my corporate attorney, he is free and cost me nothing" and at that point we told him he needed to do what was best for him and we appreciated his businessOnce again, his shuffleboard is and has been set up and complete, his $drill bit is here and ready for him and his free cover is here also ready to goI appreciate your time in this matter

I am rejecting this response because: It's lies from gameroom conceptsIt was inappropriate for *** to say that we did not get approved*** didn't even run our creditWe put half down as cash and the rest on creditThey came to our home times late in the eveningsMy wife called *** on 3/30/and asked about our coverWe feel that *** was trying to blackmail us in regards to our cover and the tools that they stole*** said that if we deleted the Facebook comment that was posted on gameroom concepts site, then he would think about giving us our cover and tools*** was yelling, very rude and unprofessional on the phone and said that they were the biggest store in the areaMy wife was nice to him and calmed him down to try to settle it*** said that the cover and tools were at the store with our name on themOn 4/08/2016, we went to store to pick them upWe talked to *** and he gave me the tools but refused to give me the cover after *** called *** on the phone*** cowardly and immaturely raised his voice to my wife and called me a coward with customers in the store as we were leavingI feel that we will not get our cover from this company.
