I have contacted Mr *** and have came to a resolution to this complaintWe have agreed to finish the job according to my proposalThis project was a labor estimate onlyThe Home owner was suppose to supply all materialWhen the rest of
the material shows up we will come and put it on as per our contractAs far as the year old AC unit is concernedMy opinion on this is that the Severe Hail Storm that came thru in caused all the damage that is being blamed on my crewI don't understand where even the thought of us purposely damaging this unit and knocking over his ladders came fromWe are grown adults and would never do childish stuff like thisWe did set Mr ***s ladders on our garbage pile to hold it down so wind would not blow it away, But I can assure you we did not purposely or intentionally damage his AC unit as he has saidThat is REDICULOUS! It was never serviced after that hail storm and everyone else in that neighborhood including both neighbors on both sides sustained severe damage from that stormHowever I do not want to make an enemy here and I have agree to help pay for a new AC unit anyway as long as Mr *** gives me a fair priceHe is a Hvac guy and claims he can install a new one himselfI have never been in court in years of being in business so I am hoping that the agreement that me and mr *** made yesterday on 9/23/holds to be true and everything will work out

The email I received said I would have till Oct4, I received a phone call but I have been illI wanted to wait anyways for Billings to finish the work and as I expected it shows of retribution*** Billings just thought he would offer some money for damage to the air conditioning condensing unit and not wait for an estimate; that would be far less than costI was willing to work with *** on the damage since I am a HVAC Technician not now
I request that the same crew not be sent back and they were sent back and just threw on the siding with no new trim and not lining up the siding as it turn three corners of the house, no new corner posts were installed and the corner post that were just tacked up were not squared for final nailingI may have nail penetration through my roof that may need covering and I need to check on the nailing of the siding that could be substandard alsoI did request *** Billings to look at what his crew did and he said it looks great
In the contract it states if more siding is needed *** Billings stated he would pick it up and charge accordingly two months ago when he made up the estimate and said it did not look like it was enough, he had two months to do the math and order what I needed not run out of siding then say he needed more timeIn the contract states leave existing J-channel and corner post because they matchThe J-channel would be cleaned or replaced as needed and the corner post just needed to be replaced, they are faded and not the same woodgrain lookThis is what *** and I agreed on and not what I haveLast on the contract is the clean up and removal of all debris well they feel the job complete and the debris is still in my yard and *** was here and did not remove it
I still owe upon completion and I don't feel it is complete and *** hasn't given me an Insurance name to cover the a/c damage or substandard work coverage
I do building renovation so I know what I am looking atMy company was doing this for me as a business compensation*** may learn from thisI need to have things fixed and done right, prove that I don't have exposed holes through my roof,debris removed then we may settle on a a/c condenser replacement

Well I don't even know where to start, First of all this is the first time I have even heard from Mr *** since we finished because he has not called me or even talked to me since the job has been completeI have left him three voice msgs with no returned callIt would be a lot easier to handle this over the phone or in personI told Mr *** that I would help pay for the AC unit and to let me know what it would cost, I never offered him money, that is a lieI have no idea what it would costI know for certain that we did not damage the Ac Unit and now with the way Mr *** is acting I am not sure I want to help pay for it at allI will not be turning over my insurance information to Mr ***The two guys I had working on that job are over years old and would never purposely ruin someones AC unitWhy would they do this? That don't even make senseI believe he should talk to the neighbor kids that live feet from the AC unit about thatAnyway like I said before I did not want to make a enemy here and just wanted to help pay for it so he was happyIt just seams like Mr *** is trying to get a new Ac unit because it is 15+ years oldAs far as the corner posts and trim that Mr *** is talking about, It states clearly in my contract that we would be leaving the existing corner posts and trim on the house and just installing the rest of the siding that he did not want to finish himselfHe was totally fine with us doing that before we startedHe signed my contract that states that very clearly and if he wanted them switched we definately would have done thatWhy wouldn't Mr *** say this sooner and not wait till we are done? We would have gladly switched out the J chanel and corner posts if thats what he wantedHe was supplying the material and if he would have had the material and mentioned it we would have done thatI just don't understand where all this complaining is coming fromAlso as far as the left over siding scraps, I was told that Mr *** was siding his garage and wanted us to leave themI will take another ride out to that job tomarro and see if there is any other garbage that I may have missedAlso the holes in the roof from the pump jacks have been fixed and will never leak or have a problemLike I said before I have been doing this for years and have never once been to court or had someone act like thisWe know how to install siding and we know what we are doingOne last thing, Mr *** states that the siding does not line up on the corners, Well Mr *** put the starter strip on and put the siding up the first 12' and we just took it from thereIf you know anything about siding you would know that if you start off then the rest will follow
