Unfortunately the customers is inaccurate in his complaint.  He did ask to keep the repairs under $500.00 "for the water system" which we did. we charged $389.00. The problem is the customer had several other request.originally brought in for a complete evaluation of all water systems LP...

systems & appliances this is a $479.00 charge, which the customer agreed to pay. these two items alone is over 800.00He then called several times added several other items. Diagnose generator $129.00Reinstall Battery door $89.00Check wipers $89.00   along with several other itemsThe total bill did exceed his $500.00 dollar quote for the water system  but each item was discussed with him and repaired with his full knowledge. of these additional items no quote was asked for nor given.  We spoke with him almost everyday with status and updates on his unit at no time was a total price discussed or asked by the customer.but individual amounts were discussed and authorized.  i just don't think he thought it would ad up to that amount.I made several attempts to resolve the issue with no results  then the customer got very angry and started  yelling and abusing my employees. we at this point were no longer to work with him. finally  refusing to do any further repairs for this customer.I apologize for any misunderstanding in this matter but I believe we followed all company policies in quoting & communication with our customer as the repairs proceeded. Thanks [redacted]General manager

Review: I had asked to receive a phone call if the the bill for repairs reached $500. Was promised that would happen. The third time I called in and told what work had already been done I made the comment that it sounded like more than $500. The manager told me he thought it probably had but that he would take care of me on it. The next day he called to tell me that they had done as much as they could in the time allotted and that my bill was $1296. I became a little upset and the manager told me that it was my fault for asking them to do so much stuff. I said so that's it? This is my fault and I have no other options? He said that's right, pay my bill. I became very upset, and he hung up on me that call, and the subsequent four calls after that. He then left a message demanding that I pay in cash only. This was never agreed upon in the beginning. I payed 1200 in cash and the remainder with a check. After I took delivery of the motorhome, I realized that none of the additional work had been completed. Generator wasn't fixed, windshield wipers weren't fixed, gas gage wasn't fixed, and the rear doors weren't fixed. He explained that there was still a charge to look at those things. I feel like since they knew I was moving the next day in the motorhome they took advantage of me. I am asking to be reimbursed the difference between the $500 we agreed on, and the $1296 I payed. Difference of $796. I am starting here with Revdex.com, and will continue to a civil suit if necessary. Although the civil suit will include my Lawyers fees, and my time from work billed accordingly. Thank you for your prompt response in this matter and I look forward to settling this in a timely matter.Desired Settlement: I am asking to be reimbursed the difference between the $500 we agreed on, and the $1296 I payed. Review: took my motorhome to get it de oxidation couldn't tell they did anything to it at all very dissatisfied with the work that was performed the manager told me I was pretty much screwed and walked offDesired Settlement: would like to see a partial reimbursement for unsatisfactory work
