My 2005 Toyota has been wonderful and I try to take good care of it. Engine and Trac lights came on.. Since Billings does my regular maintenance I took it there. Found out I had a water pump going out and also needed a new timing belt.. Initially the job was going to be quite expensive.. They asked about the timing belt that I had done (another provider) about two years ago. I gave permission for the needed, but expensive work to be done. When they called to let me know my car was ready I found out they had contacted the previous provider who did not cover the work or part for the 2 year time period... BUT Billings proceeded further, and contacted the manufacturer of the parts AND I only owe for the labor!! Whoopie!! What GREAT EFFORTS to take care of their Customer.. LOVE YOU BILLINGS!!
