Vehicle came in at night overheating with no coolant in itthe following day we filled it with coolant and found that the intake manifold gasket was leakingWe then received authorization to complete the work letting the customer know that this is where we need to startWe completed the job and
the customer picked up the vehicle and it was not overheatingAbout a week later the customer called back to tell me that the vehicle was overheating and was driven some distance that wayShe took it to a local shop which told her that the motor was no longer functionalShe called us to see what we would do for her and we told her we would look at it for free but she needed to get it to usShe called back again asking what we would do for her but until I see the vehicle there is nothing we can doSo right now I am not able to even verify what the real problem isAt this point I am not going to be able to anything

I am rejecting this response because: I took the vehicle in before they closed and we waited for a very long timeThey said we needed three manifolds changed and if there was any other problem they would call me and let me knowThey completed the work and within one week the car cut off, it would not start, I had to get it towed and with it being on a weekend I got it towed to a shop that was able to come get the carThe car was completely empty, it didn't have any coolant or water in it, and with my second opinion from *** *** * *** that my engine should not have blown like that after Midas repaired itThey got fast money and sent me on my way*** told me to bring the car in and that he can only guarantee his workI said it's not your work it's what you failed to tell me, and failed to do to the car, when you got in the car and im sure you knew there was something else wrongI asked him before I spend extra money on towing my car to him is he going to help me because it's getting more and more expensiveWhen he spoke to *** at *** *** he was very nice and politeWhen he spoke to me he was very rude and shortBy the end of a run around conversation, I had taken paperwork in from the other auto body shop and took it to Midas, all *** (the manager) would say is that if it's not what they fixed it's nothing he's going to doAgain I said it's what you did it's what you did not do, I need to know if you will help me some kind of way, before I tow this car over or I m going to file a complaint, *** bluntly said no i'm not, file your compliantThe car has not been touched, I had to tow the car from the shop to my house and the guy name at *** auto is *** and his number is ***I also have the paperwork still availableSo where do we go from here and what exactly kind of help will Midas give me? My new phone number is ***

Business states that consumer, at her own will,  chose to take vehicle to [redacted] dealership to get it diagnosed as she did not allow Midas to handle vehicle any further. According to [redacted] dealership, diagnosis confirmed that repair issues with vehicle were in no way correlated to the services...
